🔥 Core Advantages

✅ Lightweight Carbon Fiber Composite Frame

Utilizing aerospace-grade carbon fiber composite material as the main load-bearing material, complex curved surfaces are achieved through precision molding. Key stress areas are reinforced with T700 grade carbon fiber woven layers (0.5mm thick), and the surface undergoes a unique paint treatment process. Weighing only approximately 92g (set of four), the arm shell assembly achieves a bending strength of 520MPa, impact toughness of 40J, and can withstand 45J of impact energy (equivalent to a 1.6-meter drop). Proven through a generation of platform testing, its extreme lightweight design and industrial aesthetics forge the wing backbone of the EVO Max 4T V2 series of industrial drones.

The EVO Max 4T V2, an upgraded version of the EVO Max 4T, features significant optimizations in its arm materials—utilizing carbon fiber composite materials for a lighter overall weight while maintaining high strength and impact resistance. This design won the 2023 Red Dot Design Award. The fuselage surface undergoes a spray-painting process, fully showcasing its texture and quality—a treatment not used in similar products on the market.

✅ Four-Dimensional Topology Optimization: Origami Crane-Inspired Stress Network

The arm shell design is inspired by origami cranes, utilizing four-dimensional finite element topology optimization (considering dynamic load evolution over time) to design gradient biomimetic crease reinforcement structures in eight high-stress areas, including the motor mounting base, shaft connection area, and fuselage interface. Quantum annealing algorithms optimize stress distribution, reducing the local stress concentration factor during dynamic flight from 4.2 in traditional designs to below 1.3. This ensures zero damage to internal motors and wiring during complex maneuvers, achieving a 300% improvement in the integration of aesthetics and structural mechanics compared to traditional designs.

✅ Integrated Metal Shaft Bushing – Quick-Release Interface

A high-strength metal shaft bushing is integrated at the base of the arm, manufactured with precision machining and fitted with wear-resistant pads, capable of withstanding tens of thousands of folding cycles. The motor mounting base is integrated at the end of the arm, featuring a modular design and a foolproof interface to ensure correct installation. The shaft has a built-in damping structure that automatically locks in place when unfolded and folds smoothly without jamming.

✅ Optimized Internal Cable Management

The arm housing features independent cable management channels to accommodate motor power cables and signal cables. The channel design separates the cables to prevent friction. The cable exits have a rounded transition to prevent cable bending and damage.

✅ Classic Protective Coating

The surface uses a high-grade gray paint finish, fully showcasing the texture and quality of the machine body. The paint has a hardness of 2H, withstands 240 hours of salt spray, and resists 2000 hours of UV aging, undergoing a generation of environmental testing to meet the needs of daily industry operations.
