Payment terms
All prices on this site are wholesale reference prices in US dollars and exclude shipping, duties and taxes. This page sets out the payment methods we accept, our standard deposit structure, and minimum order quantities.
Accepted payment methods
- T/T bank transfer — our standard method for commercial orders.
- PayPal — convenient for samples and orders under US$300. A 4% handling fee applies.
- Western Union — available for small and urgent orders.
- Letter of credit (L/C at sight) — available for container-size orders, subject to prior agreement.
Standard terms
- Ready to ship order: 100% payment in advance.
- Customize order: 50% deposit to start processing, 50% balance before shipment.
Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
- MOQ depends on the part. Most items start at 5 pieces per part number.
- Different models can be mixed in one order, as long as each part number meets its own MOQ.
- Customize order: Generally from 50 to 500pcs to start.
- Sample quantities below MOQ are available at a unit-price surcharge.
Pricing
- Prices are quoted in US dollars, exclusive of shipping, insurance, duties and taxes.
- Volume tiers apply — larger quantities qualify for better unit prices, stated on your quotation.
- Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of the quotation.
Bank charges and fees
Each side bears the fees charged by its own bank. Please instruct your bank to cover all charges so that the full invoice amount reaches us; otherwise the shortfall must be settled before dispatch.
Currency and exchange rates
Invoices are issued in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, the amount received after conversion must match the invoice total.
