FAQ

Answers to the questions we are asked most often by repair shops, fleet operators and distributors. If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp and we will get back to you within 24 hours on business days.

Are your parts genuine OEM or aftermarket?

We supply both, and the product page states which. Pulled original parts are removed from donor aircraft and are genuine DJI or Autel components. New replacement parts are new aftermarket or OEM-spec parts made for repair use. We never relabel one as the other.

What does “pulled” mean, and is the quality reliable?

A pulled part is a genuine part taken from a used or damaged aircraft. It is fully functional and tested before dispatch, but it may carry cosmetic marks from prior use. Pulled parts cost significantly less than new ones, which is why many repair shops prefer them for out-of-warranty repairs.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes. Most parts start at 5 pieces per part number, though it varies by item. You can mix different models in one order. Samples below MOQ are available at a surcharge.

Can I order samples before buying in bulk?

Yes, and we recommend it. Sample orders ship at unit price plus freight. The sample cost is credited against your first bulk order above US$500.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock parts leave our Shenzhen/Guangzhou warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment. Transit is 3–7 days by express courier, 7–15 days by economy air, or 25–40 days by sea freight for large consolidated orders.

How do I know whether a part fits my drone?

Every product page lists the compatible models. Because sub-variants exist within a series, send us your exact model and, ideally, a photo of the original part before ordering — we will confirm the match.

Do you offer OEM or custom manufacturing?

Yes. We produce custom landing pads and GCP pads, branded uniforms, bags and brackets, safety signage and hard cases, all with your logo and specification. See the Custom projects section in the main menu.

Promotion bundles are available for distributors.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

No. Prices are EXW Shenzhen unless we agree otherwise in writing. Import duties, VAT and clearance fees in your country are the buyer’s responsibility. We declare commercial invoices accurately and do not under-declare values.

What payment methods do you accept?

T/T bank transfer is standard. PayPal is available for orders under US$300 with a 4% handling fee, Western Union for small urgent orders, and L/C at sight for container-size orders by prior arrangement.

Is there a warranty on the parts?

Yes — 30 days from delivery against functional defects, and a 7-day dead-on-arrival window with photo or video evidence. Cosmetic marks on pulled parts and damage from installation or crashes are not covered. See the full warranty and returns policy for details.
