How to order
Drone Parts Wholesale is a B2B wholesale supplier. There is no online checkout on this site — every order starts with an inquiry so we can confirm part compatibility, stock and shipping cost for your destination. Here is exactly how the process works.
The ordering process
- Browse the catalog. Find the parts you need and note the part name and the drone model it fits.
- Send your inquiry. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with the part list, quantities and your destination country.
- Receive a quotation. We reply within 24 hours on business days with unit prices, shipping cost, lead time and payment terms.
- For OEM orders, it may take longer time to confire your requirements.
- Confirm the proforma invoice (PI). Check the specifications, quantities, total amount and bank details on the PI before paying.
- Make the payment. Pay by the method agreed on your PI. We confirm receipt and move your order into processing.
- Testing and packing. Every part is functionally tested and photographed before packing. Sensitive components are packed in anti-static bags.
- Shipment. We dispatch from Shenzhen and send you the courier tracking number the same day.
- Delivery and support. Inspect your parcel on arrival. If anything is wrong, contact us within 7 days — see our warranty and returns policy.
What to include in your inquiry
- Drone model (for example: DJI Mini 3 Pro, Mavic 3, Autel EVO II)
- Part name as listed on the product page
- Quantity for each part
- Destination country and city, plus postal code
- Preferred shipping method, if you have one
- Company name and contact person, for commercial invoices
Lead time
- In-stock parts: dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment.
- Made-to-order or large batches: confirmed on your quotation, typically 7–15 business days.
- OEM and custom orders: quoted case by case, including tooling and sample approval time.
Samples
Sample orders are welcome and are charged at unit price plus shipping. Sample cost is credited against your first bulk order above US$500.
