We ship worldwide from Shenzhen, China. This page explains processing times, the shipping methods we offer, how costs are calculated, and who is responsible for customs clearance.

Processing time

• In-stock parts: packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
• Orders placed on weekends or Chinese public holidays are processed the next business day.
• If any item in your order is out of stock, we contact you before shipping to offer a replacement or a partial refund.

Shipping methods

• Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–7 business days. Best for urgent orders and parcels under 20 kg.
• Economy air freight: 7–15 business days. A good balance of cost and speed for mid-size orders.
• Sea freight: 25–40 days. Available for consolidated shipments above roughly 20 kg where speed is not critical.

Shipping cost

• Cost is calculated on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater, and quoted on your proforma invoice before payment.
• We work with contracted courier rates and pass the discount on to you.
• For large orders we can quote a blended freight cost or arrange shipment through your own forwarder.

Customs, duties and taxes

• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, shipments are quoted EXW Shenzhen: import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees in your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We can quote FOB or CIF terms on request.
• We declare commercial invoices accurately. We do not under-declare values.
• Customs inspection delays are outside our control and are not covered by our delivery estimates.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel is collected. Express parcels can be tracked door to door; economy and sea shipments are trackable to the destination hub and then handed to your local carrier.

Packaging

• Boards, motors and cameras are packed in anti-static bags with foam or bubble protection.
• Fragile items such as gimbals and camera modules are boxed separately and marked fragile.
• Bulk orders are carton-packed on request to reduce volumetric weight.
